For example, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, property address or unit number, when using the "Contact Us" form or submitting a work order or maintenance request for your property.If you provide us with your mobile phone number, such as when submitting a work order, completing a form on our Sites, or opting in at your property, we may use that number to send you text messages as described in the Communication via SMS and Mobile Messaging section below.If you are a contractor or other business professional, you may be asked to submit certain personally identifiable information, such as first and last name, business title, phone number, and email address, in connection with bidding on our work or gaining access to our plan room.We use third party service providers to process online payments and manage the leasing application process. Any information you provide when applying to lease one of our properties or making an online payment (such as first and last name, move-in date, lease term, credit or employment information, bank information or SSN) is sent directly to the service provider and is subject to their Privacy Policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy policies or practices of our service providers, and we strongly encourage you to review each service provider's privacy policy before submitting personally identifiable information.
Information We Collect

Do-Not-Track Signals

By providing your mobile phone number to The Roseland Apartments, LLC ("Roseland Townhomes"), you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including text messages (SMS or MMS) and phone calls, related to your use of our services, your account, transactional updates, or other service-related notifications. These communications may be sent via automated technology or manual dialing systems.Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with Roseland Townhomes. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Roseland Townhomes at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS you receive. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to our use of text messaging to communicate with residents, applicants, contractors, and other individuals who provide us with a mobile phone number.

Before sending you text messages, we will obtain your clear, affirmative consent, such as by checking a box on a form, providing your number on a work order, or submitting your number through our Sites. At the time you opt in, we will disclose the type and expected frequency of messages and provide a link to this Privacy Policy. Revoking Consent
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message. We will send one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to you without new consent.

All text messages sent by us will identify Roseland Townhomes as the sender, unless the message is part of an ongoing conversation that you started.
Message Content
We use text messaging only for legitimate property-related communications, such as maintenance and appointment reminders, rent and lease notices, and other service-related updates. We will not send unsolicited advertising by text message without your consent, and we will never send unlawful, deceptive, or sexually explicit content, or content promoting illegal activity.
Frequency and Reconfirmation
